“In 1847 Abraham Lincoln wrote “[E]ach individual is naturally entitled to do as he pleases with himself and the fruit of his labor,” Put more bluntly, Lincoln remarked “I always thought the man that made the corn should eat the corn.”
Similarly, Article 27(2) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that
“Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.
To support these tenets of freedom and intellectual property, CS Consulting is proud to participate in The IP Lawyers 4 All project.
The aims of this initiative is to match eligible IPR-holders with IPR-Lawyers in developed and developing countries. The project’s supporters enable IP Lawyers 4 All to contribute to a fairer, more attractive global IPR system, giving talented innovators and creators access to some of the best legal minds to guide them and represent them.
IP-holders, IP lawyers, the IPR system and the larger public interest of increasing the legal use of IPRs will all benefit.”
